At Woven Labels UK, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the personalized nature of our custom labels, returns are accepted within 30 days for any manufacturing defects or errors in production.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the issue to initiate a return request.

    Review Approval

    Our quality control team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the error and authorize the return or reprint.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the unused items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during the transit back to our facility.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once received, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your corrected replacement labels immediately.
